Build hercules

Build on linux

make clean
./configure --enable-packetver=20111214 --enable-packetver-re
make

Build on windows

• In file mmo.h change line:

//#define ENABLE_PACKETVER_RE

into line:

#define ENABLE_PACKETVER_RE

• In file mmo.h change:

#ifndef PACKETVER
    #define PACKETVER 20190530
#endif // PACKETVER

into:

#ifndef PACKETVER
    #define PACKETVER 20111214
#endif // PACKETVER

• rebuild project
